1. Shipping & Delivery
 




General Shipping & Delivery Information: Once an order has been submitted please allow up-to 48 hours to process the order. The estimated delivery time for standard freight shipments is approximately 3-8 business days. And for any ground shipments is approximately 2-6 business days. All products shipped via freight will require a signature at time of delivery. We offer free curbside shipping to all business addresses within the continental US. For shipments going to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico there will be additional shipping fees applied, please contact us before you order at 503-762-3228.

Canada Orders: For all orders that require a shipment to cross over into Canadian boarders there will be a shipping fee applied. The shipping fee is approximately 25% - 40% of the total order value. The shipping fee will include - Standard shipping into Canada, Duty, and Customs Clearance. Please contact us at 503-762-3228 for further details before you place your order.

Custom Products: Any orders with special items or custom colors are made to order, for such orders please allow a minimum of 8-10 weeks for delivery (this will be confirmed by our sales representative when you place an order). For such orders full payment is required before production and a 50% cancellation fee will apply once production starts.

Ground Shipping vs. Freight Shipping: For smaller items such as a styling chair, salon stool, salon trolley and other spare parts they will be shipped via ground delivery. Ground shipping is a door-to-door service (customer signature not required, recommended you track your order for delivery date). However larger items such as barber chairs, shampoo units, multiple styling chairs, and styling stations will be shipped via freight on pallets. All freight shipments are delivered on a “curbside delivery” basis only, which means the shipment will be delivered to the curbside only and is not the responsibility of the truck driver to unload or assemble your shipment. It is your responsibility as the customer to remove the items off the truck and bring it inside your facility. For freight shipments it is recommended you have additional help (at least 2 people) as the pallet will be heavy to unload. Lift-gate service and inside-delivery service is available for an extra charge.

When your shipment arrives please inspect and count your merchandise carefully. If you notice any damage or lost boxes, please have the delivery truck driver notated it on the freight bill and a signature and then notify us immediately. Please do not throw away any packaging materials until the shipment issue has been inspect, resolved, and claim is settled.

If your shipping address is non-commercial (even if you are running a business at home, it is not commercial registered) there will be a residential delivery fee. For residential deliveries the fee is $20.00 for ground shipments (Less than 100 lbs) and $100.00 for freight shipments (100lbs and above).

 
2. Privacy & Security
 

AGS BEAUTY is committed to providing our customers with the most secure and privacy form of protection. INFORMATION COLLECTED Information we may collect from you in order to process an order are name, billing and shipping address, phone number, email address, and credit card information. We collect the following information to better understand your needs as a customer and to assist you in fulfilling your order requests for products/services. Any information collected by AGS Beauty will not be disclosed with any outside parties.
We may use your personal information as follows:

  • To fulfill your order and administer your account.

  • Occasionally notify you about updates to our website.

  • Occasionally notify you of any special offers or products that may interest you.

  • We will endeavour to protect your personal data against unauthorized use and keep the information we hold about you accurate.

We do not disclose your information to any outside parties. We do not sell it on to any third party organizations. Your personal data is for the sole use of AGS BEAUTY .

3. Returns
 

If you are unsatisfied with AGS Beauty’s merchandise we do have a standard 30 days return policy from the date the order was shipped.

We do not charge restocking fee on most of our products. The only exception is, due to the nature of the product, all shampoo bowls and shampoo backwash units that have been used will incur a 20% restocking fee.

All Returns must first be approved by our sales representatives in advance. Please call (503) 762-3228 for Authorization. Once an Authorization has been approved please download Return Request Form. Fill out the form and include a copy with the product to be shipped back with. Products being returned must be in like-new condition with original packaging. For all returns the customer will be responsible to find their own shipping company and also be responsible for all return shipping charges with no exceptions. Once we receive the product back at our warehouse our technicians will inspect the items and we will credit you back on the original form of payment. Please keep in mind any damage occurred to the product during return shipping will also be the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your refund amount. All custom orders (custom fabric colors, wood colors, special designs, etc.) are non-refundable. Any delivery and handling fees are non-refundable as well.

4. Warranty
 

AGS Beauty offers one-year limited warranty on all of our products unless specified otherwise. A warranty does not entail the product to be returned, but implies parts will be sent out for repair. If the product is considered to be irreparable by our technicians then an exchange of product will be authorized.

AGS BEAUTY shall not be liable for abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, alteration, improper maintenance, unauthorized repair, design concepts, any chipping, fading, staining, peeling or any acts of nature (fire, water damage, freeze, etc.).

 
  • Barber Chairs: 1-year warranty on the chair, 2-year warranty on hydraulic pump

  • Styling Chairs: 1-year warranty on the chair, 2-year warranty on hydraulic pump

  • Styling Stations: 1-year warranty

  • Shampoo Units: 1-year warranty including fixtures (Mixer tap, sprayer, vacuum breaker, etc.)

  • Stools: 1-year warranty

  • Hair Dryers: 1-year manufacturer warranty covered by Highland Machine

  • Other Equipment & Furniture: 1-year warranty

5. Ordering
 

You are welcome to order online at AGS Beauty. You can also place an order over the phone by calling at 1-888-968-0188 (Monday – Friday, between hours of 8:00 AM PST – 5:00 PM PST).

If you’re ordering by phone please remember to have the following information ready prior to your call –

  • Product Name

  • Detailed Shipping Address and Billing Address

  • Email Address

  • Credit Card information

Once your order has been placed successfully you’ll receive a confirmation notification via email stating your order is being processed. If you do not receive a confirmation notification by email within 24 hours after your order is placed, please contact us by phone or email to ensure the order was successfully placed.

6. Pricing, Promotions & Payment
 

AGS Beauty strives to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on our website, but errors may occur which includes misprints, typos, and inaccuracies. We do not guarantee all information including, but not limited to product descriptions, pricing, and stock availability is accurate at all times. We also reserve the right to edit or update any content on our website without any prior notice or liability, which includes, but not limited to sales prices, coupon codes, and stock quantity.

We accept payment major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept payments via PayPal, Cashiers Check, and Money Wire-Transfer. All prices listed on AGS Beauty’s website are in US dollar currency.
